Customise Smart Media does not appear to be working. I start with an uploaded background video. In Media Browser I select the item from Group Upload, select Customise Smart Media, and choose Song. I make the changes I want, select Save, change the Title, and Create new. Back in Media Browser, the original video has been renamed to the new title, and there is no new song template. I have waited over an hour for any sync to occur. I have tried on Mac and Windows, same result, all with up to date versions of Proclaim and OS.
  1. Oh lovely. I just tested this out and was able to reproduce the same issue you were seeing! Could you instead try to start with Media -> Create Smart Media -> select Song -> change the background from there to the motion background and continue your workflow - that should work as a workaround. And then for our dev team we'll slot in time to investigate and fix. Thanks for the report!
