After Friday's update, we had a problem with the computer and presentation screen being in full screen mode so we could not see the slide selections on the computer. Tech support at Proclaim was unavailable. We fixed it by adjusting the Windows Display; although still unclear how this setting got changed. However, during worship on Sunday, Proclaim closed out unexpectedly twice during pre-service loop and once at the end of the service. We are hosting a Service of Remembrance this week with a picture slideshow. What needs to be done to ensure shutdown does not occur again? It would be appreciated if updates were NOT installed on Fridays when we are getting ready for Sunday worship. Earlier in the week would be better when glitches like these can be worked out ahead of time.
