- Any remote that supports Left/Right as inputs will work with Proclaim. I'd recommend checking the user manual prior to purchasing to ensure that they'll be compatible.
- I use a remote called "Inateck 2.4GHz Wireless Presenter..." I found on Amazon for $13. It was for personal use, but I tried it at church for choir practice and it works great and the range surprisingly awesome for the price. So I left it there and will buy another for home. Just make sure the last thing you clicked on was either the left or right arrows or the current slide in the timeline before use the remote's buttons. Should be true for any remote. It uses PgUp/PgDn and is a slim stick profile with laser pointer. I can be downstairs to direct the choir sitting in the pews instead of making them stand on stage for an hour of rehearsal because I also run the A/V during service and the setup is at the back of the sanctuary overlooking the congregation. I've used it for a few short announcements and introductions. Others think I am just holding some gadget or using it as a conductor's wand. Has a laser pointer too.
- Hey Darius; So this presenter worked without remapping the keyboard? I looked at it and a different one and chose the other. The description for the one I chose said that it used PgUp/PgDn, but didn't work without remapping the keyboard because it used up/dn not PgUp/PgDn. Are you on Mac or Windows?
