Question, I am trying to import my power point presentation into Proclaim as image files for our weekly church services (Our person who makes the song slides hasn't switched over to using all Proclaim yet) but when I try to do so on our Mac it does not work. The dialog box just says that Proclaim experienced an unexpected error.I have yet in our month of using Proclaim been able to import a ppt file succesfully from our Mac instead I have to go to my personal PC and import the ppt as images then sync it over to our Mac in our auditorium. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a remedy? Thanks in advance for your help!

Do you have animation or a video in the presentation? Maybe a website link?

Importing PPT presentations on Mac has some known issues. The most reliable approach is to export as images within PPT, then import these images into Proclaim -- http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/206296245-Why-doesn-t-my-PowerPoint-presentation-import-properly- I haven't heard of crashing during import. Why doesn't my PowerPoint presentation import properly?
Proclaim software gives users the option to import a presentation directly from PowerPoint as an image slideshow in Proclaim. Third-party software transcodes the PowerPoint slides into images, then...

Thank you, I will send over the log files this evening and in the mean time will try exporting the images from Powerpoint.
