We loaded a video taken on a phone to Proclaim. It was okay in "edit" mode; however, when we went to "on air" it duplicated a still picture behind it. I've attached snapshots. How can I correct this?
- Hello Jill, I would recommend giving us a call! Since this video is not uploaded to our servers we cannot test the video on our work machines since it is local to your machine. Currently we do not have a solution to this problem other than possibly having you upload the video to YouTube and using the Web Page option to display the video.
