Proclaim

I am having issues adding HD videos to Proclaim, and playing them, or using them as moving backgrounds for songs. These videos are in MP4 format, with a resolution of 1920x1080. This is a Windows 7 x64 machine. They play fine in VLC Media Player. Proclaim seems to import them properly, and they show up in my Group Upload area of the Media Browser as a video (they have a small play icon in the lower left corner, but when I add the video as an item, the video does not auto-play, or can I play it in the Preview window. It just looks like a static image. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Mari. What I have been able to determine so far is that it is PC-dependent. The videos play on one PC and not the other. Both PC's are Windows 7 x64 machines, both have the K-Lite Mega Codec pack loaded. I am currently at the location where the videos play, when I get back to the PC with the problem, I will upload logs. Thank you!
