No “Natural Law in the Spiritual World”

Francis John Bodfield Hooper penned this rebuttal to Henry Drummond’s Natural Law in the Spiritual World because he believed the terms Drummond used were poorly defined, leading to a work riddled with errors. Even the title, he contested, contained as many as 28 points of ambiguity in its definition. He goes on to illustrate his point in each section of the work, from “Biogenesis” to “Classification.”
