The author of 4 previous books and 12 curriculum manuals, Davis is a columnist for Christian Education Counselor. Professor Emeritus at Evangel College, Davis holds an Ed.D. and taught education, psychology, and sociology at Evangel College and tile University of Miami. Twice recognized as Distinguished Alumnus by the University of Miami and Drury College, Davis has received the National Award for Migrant Education, the Florida Women of Achievement Award, and the Sears Teaching Award. She and her husband, George, are ordained ministers and served as missionaries in Europe and Latin America.
