This is a booklet of advice for conducting prayer meetings. The advice is good, if simple, and taking it to heart will indeed help avoid some of the worst errors and abuses in those meetings made-to-be-endured. On the other hand, there is also an experience of corporate prayer that captivates our hearts and sweeps us together into the presence of a good and awesome God. There is here no encouragement to seek that experience nor instruction in how in how to find it. The booklet would be all the better if attended to both.
