Critical Spirit: Confronting the Heart of a Critic (Keys for Living Library)

This is a good little book looking at what a critical spirit is and how to deal with it - both in yourself and with others. It is based on the book of Job, which is a good choice, and is backed up with good Biblical references. I liked that it had some Questions / Answers and some scenarios. However, I did find them a little simplistic - perhaps a good starting point. I’ve often found real-life situations and counselling situations to be far more complicated. I don’t think the situation where some with an atmosphere of a critical heart can be generated very subtly. Just felt the approach was probably a little too black and white. Though not a bad place to start. I appreciated that it did have some references (which are often missing in smaller books).
