Top Highlights

“Your goal in memorizing Scripture is to become more and more like Jesus. Keep this goal in mind for it is quite possible to memorize dozens of Bible verses and yet receive little or no spiritual benefit.” (Page 9)

“There is little point in remembering dozens of Bible verses and never asking yourself the question: How can this verse help me in my Christian life? One good way to do this is to see what there is in each verse that you can thank God for and then pray to God and thank him for that. Look for challenges, commands, and wonderful things about God himself in the verses you learn.” (Page 15)

“Check and double check that you are 100% accurate.” (Page 19)

“You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God” (Page 9)

“The third 1 indicates it is the first verse you have learned this week” (Page 11)
