    *Prayer request* It looks like Michael S. Heiser, author of The Unseen Realm and host of The Naked Bible Podcast, was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. If you know anything about that disease, it’s rough, to say the least. Here are some specific intentions that Dr. Heiser’s people posted on his YouTube channel an hour ago: For “a successful stomach surgery” “That the cancer has not spread, opening the door for treatment that has a strong rate of curability” And, of course, for “Dr. Heiser’s family during this time” Dr. Heiser's work has helped many of us grow in our understanding of—and love for—God’s word. May the Great Physician be his healer in this difficult season.
