How to operate under pressure
Greetings Family & Friends,
Last week, I was faced with many devastating challenges. I begin to think that God didn’t like me or was upset with me. They all begin to lay in to me at one time. Some of my issues were things I had been losing in battle to for years, some were present but not new weights, and then the most recent weight hit me like a tornado. The hurling winds tossed me to and fro. I had become frustrated and baffled. Sometimes in life, you can have so many spiraling experiences that you feel like everything and everyone is against you including God. I’m not talking to perfect Christian folks. But for those of us who need God like never before and in every way, I am talking to you. I speak for us. No halos right.
“God always have a ram in the bush. To be honest, I know God winked on my ignorance because it was better before I knew it.”
2nd Corinthians 4: 8-10
“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.”
After reading this content, you should be able to conquer any challenge life throws at you. The spirit said this to me, understand your pain. Is it pain to birth, pain of correction, or pain to help others in their experiences? I had to take a minute to sit down and think. What was I doing before all this came? What is it new? What did I do or say wrong? Pain always have a purpose. Think of what occurred 💭.
When you are troubled, it means to be beset by problems or conflict. It also means to have anxiety and distress. First, let’s be honest. The Bible declares any person born of a woman days are full of trouble ( Job 14:1). So trouble will find you, but you can not let it over take you. There are keys 🔑 (bind and loose). Distressed means you are suffering from the turmoil presently in your life. It’s true we will suffer but there is a presence and attitude we must bear while we are going through. Lay aside your weights and let God fix your life. Humble yourself before the Lord.
Perplexion is compared to being stupid slapped. Ever had a moment in life that you are completely loss? Baffled? Wait God -where are you? We have those moments in life? Exactly. Now refocus. God is there. He is seeing how you will respond. Being in despair is not a apart of a Christian’s DNA. You have the hope of life. His name is Jesus Christ. Seek Him. He will come and bring life and bring it more abundantly.
They talked about Jesus. You are not exempt. Persecution happens to every believer. They hated Jesus and they will hate you. Get delivered over people’s opinion of you. They have no heaven or hell to place you in. They are humans with flaws and issues like yourself. The cliche is “ you’re not popping if they not talking about you”. If you don’t have any haters, pretty good chance you’re not doing anything. God is there also. He hear and see the direct and indirect comments. He will also address them. He promises to never leave or forsake us. Declaration moment: Repeat after me, “I am not alone. God goes before me and with me.”
Life will throw you a loop sometimes. We fall down, but we get up. We have down time on this walk in life. But holding on to Jesus means that nothing can destroy you. It may feel like death, but when you know who Jesus is and what He did and does, you will stand. Cast down doesn’t mean it’s over. Wait on God to strengthen you, establish you, restore you, and elevate you. He moves in mysterious ways. Sometimes God let us run out of ourselves, so He can fill us up with Him. He is intentional.
Here is the 🔑! We are always delivered up to die to our flesh. To put to death not suppress, the things that separate us from God. God is coming back for a person without spot or wrinkle. Unfortunately, we don’t get to pick the time or the trial. But we have a mighty weapon -FAITH. If we endure, learn how to master lingering obstacles or fast forwarded troubles, God is creating weapons of mass destruction. When you can operate under pressure, the enemy can’t do nothing with you. Stand the pain. Understand the pain. You can overcome in Jesus name.
What are some ways you can manage stress physically and mentally? Please answer in comments.
- Ways to manage stress are: napping, meditation, talking to a mentor or wiser older person, exercising, fun activities. While God is working we should organize the clutter in our minds so when His work is done, the results and peace can set in.

Are You Humble?
Are you humble?
Being humble place you in the right position to receive a blessing. Don’t miss your blessing thinking more of yourself than you ought. Think sober. We all got issues, problems, flaws, character defects, etc. Don’t miss your opportunity to receive from the hand of God being arrogant, full of pride, haughty, or nonchalant.
Humility is the ability to be without pride or arrogance and it is a main character that should be seen in those who follow Jesus Christ. Jesus is the best example of someone who humbly followed God's plan for His life.
My friends let’s explore these scriptures this week.
12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
-You are Gods chosen. It’s so important to have the character of God. Clothe means to be wrapped or covered in all of these mentioned attributes. If you find some other element operating in your life, you can fast and pray about it. God will remove it. These thing help qualify you for a blessing.
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
God does not want us to be partial but be total in the life we live. In this case, be totally humble. There is something we should add to our humbleness and that’s gentleness. Easily entreat others. The kingdom of God is for you, but not about you. As soon as we realize that, we can feel better when things do not go our way.
11 For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
It’s a good ideal to allow the Lord to bring you from a place of humility to a place of honor. Other words, God has a designated time and place for you to have a moment in Him. I say this because all the glory belongs to Him. Never desire to have God’s shine. It will end bad. Ask Lucifer.
Lord, today I remove my selfish desires out of the way. It was never about me. Forgive me for ever thinking so. I affirm today that I am and shall remain humble in thy sight.
There are a lot of ways we can show we are humble to the Lord. I am requesting you to find one person in the Bible who went from humility to honor. Please write a 4-5 sentence statement discussing who, what, when, where, why, and how. Discuss how they became humble before the Lord.
Seeking His Presence,
- What if Christ said, “No one else is being crucified who is innocent? Why do I have to die, I didn’t do anything," instead, “being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross" (Phil 2:8). Jesus gave up the glory He had in heaven. He gave up His place on the throne where God rules the universe. He gave up His power to defend Himself but willingly gave His life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45). He loved us so much that He died for us. He endured such shame, ridicule, scorn, torture, humility, and an agonizing death on a cross. https://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/4-examples-of-humility-in-the-bible/4 Examples Of Humility In The BibleThere is no greater example of humility in the entire Bible than you find in Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul writes of Christ in Philippians that we should “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. - ReadWeekly NewsletterChange- Are You ready for change?
Change is headed our way...
Today after service, I noticed somethings that I have become tired of for a very long time. Things personal and internally. Is there anybody today experiencing tiredness from old situations, burdens, choices? You are human! We teach and preach about faith, trusting God, etc. However, we forget sometimes the Power to Implement. God will never gives us all of this amazing word and fill us with His spirit for us not to PUT IT IN ACTION. WIAM!
This week we will focus on CHANGE! Change means to make or become different. We all have situations in life that we long for significant difference in. According to Webster, change also means to make or become a different substance entirely. There are some things in life that we don’t need better, WE NEED THEM CHANGED. (Say this) I desire change in my life. I hope in the Lord for that change. Change also means a modification or alteration. Somethings in our life also may just need some adjustments. For instance, prayer times, studying the word, budgeting, exercising, networking, etc., may just need to be better planned and performed. Our change is coming people of God. Don’t lose faith!
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens. The first thing that has to happen is addressing your denial or your acceptance. Sometimes we see things we need to change about ourselves, but we refuse to acknowledge that it needs to happen. We shy away from it or we take aggression towards it. We do this because we are shame, embarrassed, or just naive. On the other hand, we get comfortable and complacent. We start making excuses for why or it’s not so bad ( even when we are bleeding on the inside). I tell people about expiration dates all the time. Setting expiration dates are important for change. Set the date! No more holding back. There is a time friend! The time is NOW. DO NOT MISS YOUR SEASON UNDER THE HEAVENS denying or accepting something that should have been over. CHANGE!
For there is hope for a tree, when it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and it’s roots will not fail. Listen, when certain things change, it doesn’t always feel or look good. In fact, some things have to be cut off before it is good ground for growth. Seeds need dirt to grow. Your life will have many challenges. Those challenges are for your good. Bad things as well help build the purpose. God knows all and sees all. God uses the many obstacles, to cultivate us. Remember, all rain is not forever. The only thing that is certain to never change is God. Change has come! EMBRACE! It’s knocking at your door, ANSWER IT.
See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up! Do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. When it’s a given that change must occur, we must trust that God has our backs. The word see! God wants us to open our spiritual eyes and see that what He is allowing or doing in our life. In the class of discipleship, God is always teaching us and showing us. To become like God, change is inevitable. You won’t understand it until you see it spiritually first. The manifestation of the Godly realm upon the earth. Stop fighting the new because you are afraid to let go of the old. A new thing has new experiences. Even with that, God is there to never forsake us. Listen, hands down God provides and God does not change. Jesus is the way.
I also had a song come to mind about being open to change. See, friend change can’t occur until you have opened yourself to change. This explains why people spend years in a situation, God is looking for readiness. Trust God when change is occurring. What we pray that God changes, we must also be ready to receive. God does not move at our time. He is God, time isn’t an issue. But are you open to receive what you’re asking for? Do you have the ability to change it yourself? God says by the Bible: Be strong and courageous.Sometimes we pray that God will do something that we can do ourselves! Whatever is out of hand reach, God is holding it for you.
Change is vital. Be the change you want to see, speak, and think.
Say this prayer,
Lord help me accept change when it comes. Give me the wisdom to know when to embrace or erase it. I want to be the change I want to see. Help me to embrace growth from challenges, conditions, and chaos. I open myself to you Oh Lord, change the things that are not like you, change the way I see myself, and change my ways that are not like your ways. Help me to see that I am a new creature. Old things have passed away. Lord for those things I accepted that need change, I open my hand, body, and soul to you. I want change. The life that Jesus bring is the change I need. I receive your way Lord. I receive CHANGE. In Jesus name, Amen.
Word of the week: Change
This week name one thing that needs to change in the world. Use a scripture to explain how that change will occur.
- "Sometimes before there's change, there may be some pain first." -- Dr. Claud Anderson
- Proverbs 16:9 In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps. We should depend on God instead of man. We constantly look for the government to solve our problems while God is ordering their steps. Being black in America we can't expect solutions from our oppressors.
- One that needs to change is our level of faith. Something so small can throw us off our faith walk. And it makes you wonder as a human being are we really trying to trust and believe that God got no matter what or are we looking forward to the stumbling blocks to just have a reason to sway away from God. If we are believers are faith level should be strong since we serve the true and living God. I believe that if we stop having so much faith in ourselves and others take the “me” and the “we” out out the equation and add in our Lord in Savior our stumbling blocks won’t knock us over instead we would push pass it like roadkill. It bothered me so badly on twitter when the people my age said they manifest something ... for instance. “ girl you manifested that man” or “bruh on me I just manifested this job”. Yes God gives us the tools to implement the things we need and sometimes want in our life but it’s become a self thing and it bothers me because when we started having so much faith in self? So I had to correct my fellow peers and I said the correct word is you prayed for ... and God blessed you ... you didn’t manifest anything that’s like you saying you manifested the air in your body, and that’s heavy on the tuh! So in regards to all I have said let’s start by changing something within ourselves which is our faith walk ... because I don’t know about y’all but on my faith walk I’m most definitely plugged in ❤️

Building Trust in God
Greetings Friends and Family of the most High God,
Grace and Peace be multiplied in your life.
This week we focus on an area that some may be very strong in or very weak. Right now let’s turn towards the mirror of faith and acknowledge where we stand trust-wise. It’s between you and God. However, you have to address weaknesses and build on strengths. Every child of God must establish, affirm, utilize, and launch in the spiritual realm of faith. I want you to think about the hardest thing that you ever faced. Did you put all your trust in God? Or did you trust what you know or what someone else advised or provided? It’s not a trick question. We all have had doubts, fears, took the wrong advice, or have been indirect rebels. (Smile). Indirect rebels are people who talk themselves out of obeying what is true and right. Sometimes we are afraid of present realities. Realities are unknown, uncomfortable, and sometimes frightening.
"Trust in him at all times, oh people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us." Get established in trust by trusting that God’s Word is right for us and true. If we submit and obey, our trust in Him will increase. So what is trust? The firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. It means having confidence, faith, or hope in God. God is reliable, saints! Will always be trustworthy! He will always be your strength if you count on Him to. Psalms 28:7 says, The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts, and I am helped. Let your heart trust God. He is not like man. He wants to help you. Trust can not be sometimes or for things we think we know. It must be for all things and in all areas of our life. Pour out every care to God. Trust that He hears you. Trust that He comes to bring you life, comfort, solutions, healing, and most importantly eternity.
If fear is reigning, Proverbs 29:25 "The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is safe." Men will let you down. That’s a given. So why are we so trusting to people who are basically sinners or saints? A lot of times we know when people are not for us. We also know when they are trying to pull a wool over our eyes. Remember that gut feeling! But God is worthy and has proven His standard over and over again. I get it. We can’t see, touch, or feel God. But your heart knows His presence. Your expectations will increase his coming to visit your life. Your experiences will be stepping stones to greater depths and higher heights. Your victories will be proof He is present- OMNIPRESENT. ESTABLISH your trust in Him starting today. God is a refuge. He is a God of provision and equipping. You are safe in His will. Psalms 91:7, 10says, A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. Look how safe you are in God! Let’s build our trust stronger. DENOUNCE your weakness and Trust He is making you strong!
“NEEDS? Of course, we all have them. We all also have the Lord our father. Fathers provide for their children. God is the father of all Fathers.Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Other words, God is saying, I got you covered. I will provide for you. I will clothe you. I will feed you and shelter you. I will bless you. Look how amazing is our Lord. Now why would God intervene, when you act like you have it all together? God is not so busy or so lacking in concern for your struggles. You have not because you ask not or you ask amiss. Asking amiss is asking for things not in God’s will for your life. Seeking the will is key to successful living. Remember also that God has to trust you. How faithful are you when all hell breaks loose?
See how important trusting and believing in God is? MAJOR IMPORTANCE...Everything you need is in God’s kingdom. Give living holy a shot. The benefits are limitless. God can do things that are impossible. Believe it. Achieve it. Receive it. Be it! Go be great!
Word of the week: Trust
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth
And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you
You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever
