        Jeanie Wood called and asked for prayers for her son-in-law, Jack Doughty. He went to doctor and had nasal infection which they took care of and sent him home. He then had other issues with his arms and legs and he went back to Mayo for treatment. He is not doing well and Jeanie asked for us to pray for him and her daughter, Casey while they fight whatever is going on with Jack.

        🙏 Please pray for my niece, who has always been more like my sister, Shannon. She has been fighting cervical cancer for 3 1/2 years now. She had a severe bout with colitis in the fall and they had to take her off her cancer meds. She was actually kicked out of the medical trial she'd been in. They left her off of everything through the holidays to help the colitis and the cancer has now grown and spread to a crazy degree. She already had some spots on the lining of her kidneys and a few other places, but now she has developed multiple lesions on her brain, blood clots on her lungs and legs. The clots on her lungs are complicated by lymph involvement pressing down. Breathing is now impossible without oxygen and is very difficult period. The doctors will begin radiation on her brain next Monday-Friday, then start again on following Monday- Friday. After radiation they hope to begin chemo to help a rare lymphatic cancer in her lungs. Please pray for strength and wisdom for her and for her doctors. Pray for her to be able to take some miraculous breaths and for her to be able to sleep. Shannon has a sweet love for Jesus but please pray that her husband, Scott, will come to know Jesus and that God will comfort him and give him peace & strength through all of this. Please also pray for her mom, my sister Layne, as she sits by her bedside caring for her, watching her child struggle to breathe and fighting to live. This is so very hard. (Shannon and Scott moved to Ohio a little over a year ago and Scott was out of town on a business trip when things got bad. Layne got there first and the hospital only allows one caretaker/visitor per hospital stay so Layne is the only one allowed to be with her.) Shannon's 46th birthday is in 3 weeks, on February 13th. We're praying for miracles for her every single day and we'd love so much to have some prayer warriors join us as we pray for her to be able to breathe and sleep...her big miracles that we take for granted so often. ❤

        Please pray for Frank Buschman, he was hit while riding his bike. He is at HRMC waiting on surgery at 1 pm today for broken femur. Fritz and Betti are with him.

          Update on my Mom, Dolores, Covid is negative, xrays say no broken bones, labs show uti, scan showed she has had a couple of strokes? My sister wanted to see the scan and the last two scans which show strokes but nothing in dr. notes saying she had them? Terry is not very happy with her doctors. They are keeping her for a couple days to see how she does. Please continue to pray for them.

            Please pray for our friend, Denise, who has been in the hospital here in Melbourne since Friday. They've found a mass and she has uncontrollable, severe bleeding. She has so far required nine transfusions. They are trying to stabilize her enough to transport her to Orlando today to do a biopsy and surgery to help her.

            1. Update: Denise was transported to Orlando last night after her 10th transfusion. She is having a PET scan this morning. Their Thanksgiving is looking much different than expected. Please keep both Denise and her husband Terry in your prayers.
            2. Jenni, We will be in prayer or Denise. So sorry to hear at such a time as this, but, we know our God is with her and her family.

            3. Update: They were unable to do a scan today. They did do a biopsy. She has cervical cancer. She will have the PET scan tomorrow at noon. Please continue to pray.
