Well, it might be interesting, but be aware that it's a bit of a marketing ploy to get your data and sell Logos for Church. You have to fill out a form with lots of details about yourself and your church and agree to receive marketing email from them before you can download the PDF. Might be worth it for some.

This shows up as another FREE book of the month, at least for now: "Knowing Jesus through the Old Testament, 2nd ed." by Christopher J. H. Wright
Knowing Jesus through the Old Testament, 2nd ed.
We cannot know Jesus without knowing his story. Today the debate over who Jesus is rages on. Has the Bible bound Christians to a narrow and mistaken notion of Jesus? Should we listen to other gospels, other sayings of Jesus, that enlarge and correct a mistaken story? Is the real Jesus entangled in a web of the church’s Scripture, awaiting liberation from our childhood faith so he might speak to our contemporary pluralistic world? To answer these questions we need to know what story Jesus claimed for himself. Christopher Wright is convinced that Jesus’ own story is rooted in the story of Israel. In this revised and updated book he traces the life of Christ as it is illuminated by the Old Testament. And he describes God’s design for Israel as it is fulfilled in the story of Jesus.

Here's the FREE Verbum book of the month: "The Church’s Mission in a Polarized World" by Aaron Wessman
The Church’s Mission in a Polarized World
Christians and other people of good will are longing for a response that can lead the way out of the divisiveness and vitriol of our times. I wrote this book to provide some assistance to readers to discern a way out of the toxicity in which we live, and to stimulate courage and hope, so that all people can see the age in which we live more clearly and respond with the grace necessary to follow more fully the call God has spoken—a missionary call to deepen Christ’s incarnational movement in our world.

... and the FBOM for the first half of the month is https://www.logos.com/product/50008/a-cultural-handbook-to-the-bible Thanks again, Logos!
A Cultural Handbook to the Bible
Many scholars take on the monumental task of interpreting the Bible in a way that deals with the cultural contexts of its original authors and audience. Others forget that studying the Bible is a type of cross-cultural encounter and instead read their own cultural assumptions into biblical texts. In A Cultural Handbook to the Bible, John Pilch bridges this cultural divide by translating important social concepts and applying them to biblical texts. In accessible chapters Pilch discusses 63 topics related to the cosmos, the earth, persons, family, language, human consciousness, God and the spirit world, and entertainment. Pilch’s fresh interpretations of the Bible challenge traditional views and explore topics often overlooked in commentaries. Each chapter concludes with a list of useful references from cultural anthropology or biblical studies, making this book an excellent resource for students of the Bible.

The Subscribers-only Free Book of the Month August is https://www.logos.com/product/7232/the-old-testament-in-the-new
The Old Testament in the New (Approaches to Biblical Studies Series)
New Testament authors were convinced that they were living in an age of fulfillment, that the Old Testament was being fulfilled in the life and death of Jesus. One cannot afford to overlook such an important influence on the thoughts and writings of NT authors. This book fills the need for an accessible and well-informed introduction to the Old Testament in the New Testament. It explores the basic issues and offers summaries of the uses of the Old Testament in the Gospels and Acts, in Paul’s letters and in Hebrews, James, and Revelation. Issues of quotation, allusion, and echo are fully explored and placed sensitively in the context of differing approaches. Readers are informed of contemporary debates that have arisen from literary criticism, such as the questions of intertextuality and the uses of allegory.

A FREE general interest book, at least for now: "An American Comedy" by Richard Griffith; Harold Lloyd; Wesley W. Stout
              An American Comedy
It’s one of the most enduring images in film history: a young man in circular glasses, dangling from the hands of a clock high above Los Angeles. The actor performing this daring stunt was Harold Lloyd, a highly successful comedian from the silent film era. Lloyd made nearly two hundred comedies, both silent and “talkies," between 1914 and 1947. He is best known for his “Glass" character, a bespectacled everyman who captured the mood of the 1920s. In this fascinating autobiography, which was written just around the time sound was revolutionizing cinema, Lloyd chronicles his experiences as a performer and producer of silent films, preserving firsthand details of Hollywood’s bygone period. This extraordinary memoir, originally published in 1928, discusses actors both comedic and dramatic, stage to film adaptations, producers, directors, and primarily, how early silent movies were made. It is a must-read for film historians and movie buffs alike.
