    Gratitude or Grumbling
As Jesus enters His final week before the cross, John 12:1–11 shows us a dinner table filled with responses to Him, Mary’s extravagant love, Lazarus’s quiet witness, Judas’s deceitful grumbling, and a growing divide between belief and rejection. Through Mary’s costly act of worship, we’re challenged to consider: Is Jesus worth our time, talent, and treasure? Has He done enough to earn our trust? Don’t wait to give your best to the One who gave everything for you. Come, sit at His table. Let gratitude define your response, not grumbling.

Lord, if you had been here...
In "Lord, If You Had Been Here…" from John 11:17–22, we step into the grief of Mary and Martha after losing their brother, Lazarus. Though they wrestled with disappointment, their faith in Jesus remained. This message explores Martha’s bold trust, Jesus’ declaration that He is the resurrection and the life, and the power He holds over death. We’re reminded that eternal life isn’t found in a future event it’s found in a person. Jesus invites each of us to believe in Him now. Just as He called Lazarus from the grave, He still calls hearts from spiritual death to life. Will you believe and live?

        The Purpose of Pain
In “The Purpose in the Pain” (John 11:1–16), we see Jesus delay not out of indifference, but for glory. When Lazarus falls ill, his sisters send word to Jesus, trusting without demanding. Jesus waits, but with purpose: to reveal God’s timing, love, and power over death. In this message, we learn that delays are not denials, and pain is not pointless. Jesus enters our sorrow, reminds us of His sovereignty, and calls us to believe even when we don't understand. Whether grieving, waiting, or doubting, we can trust: He’s never late, never far, and always working for God’s glory and our good.

          Hearing and Following Christ
In Hearing and Following Christ (John 10:22–42), Jesus speaks during the Feast of Dedication, revealing Himself as the Good Shepherd. He contrasts true believers those who hear His voice and follow with religious leaders who only seek to trap Him. Jesus promises eternal life and security to His sheep, assuring that no one can snatch them from His hand. Declaring His oneness with the Father, He faces rejection from hardened hearts, yet many still believe. The sermon calls listeners to respond in faith, not delay, and to follow Jesus wholeheartedly, knowing He alone offers lasting peace and salvation.
