Hi,
I'm currently trialling Proclaim but havent' managed to use it in a service yet. Before I demo to other church decision makers I was wondering what's the best way to create a library of re-usable liturgy text elements - i.e. we have a set of confessions (A-G), the Lord's Prayer, Communion, Baptism, Act of Remembrance etc. which I'd like to enter once then be able to add to any presentation.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Jon
- Hello , You can recall any slide that is contained in a previous presentation. One feature that might allow you to access re-usable liturgy slides is by going to Add Item > Reuse Item, and then searching for the name of the slide to recall it.
- Hi Justin, Thanks - so I guess I'll create a presentation that has all my liturgy in it as slides (or groups of slides) and I can then recall those into other presentations. Jon
- Jon Lee, This is a suggestion... Create all of the slide you use and then group them together. Call the group name Liturgy. I have included some screenshots below. Sorry they are out of order. In the third picture you can see the group I created as an example. These can be content, Bible verses, or images. When you want to add an element to your new presentation, you can choose add item and then reuse item (2nd pic). You can sort the next window (pic 1) by slide group and then choose the Liturgy group. That will bring all of your slides. You can select what you need and delete the rest. This is one way to keep it all together. Hope it might help.
