I am having difficulty using the Move and Scale image option- Proclaim just shuts down and I have to login again. I called customer service and they had me update Faithlife and Windows, which I did, but am still having problems.
- Hello, Wendi Curtis -- I am sorry for the frustration! Would you be so kind as to submit the Log Files from the computer on which this is happening? Inside Proclaim, go to Help >> Submit Log Files >> confirm submission. Those Logs may give us some insights into what might be happening...
- I did submit log files. I went back in to Proclaim and if I moved the picture slightly and made sure the picture fit within the outside frame, then I clicked on the Move and Scale Image option and it seemed to work for me.
