When I go on air the first slide to come up is the faithlife Logo. The preservice section does not begin until I advance the slide manually. Any idea why? I am fairly new to Proclaim, so my guess is I have set the logo to show first, but I do not know how it happened. Thanks!

Pastor Paul if you go On Air before your service start time, and don't have anything in your Pre-service loop, Proclaim will default to your Logo quick screen. By default, this is the Proclaim logo, but it is intended for you to replace this with your own church's logo. Your warmup section won't play until its the appropriate time before service, or you navigate to it manually. To set your logo, you can go to Settings > Quick Screens and then change the background for the Logo Quickscreen.

Adam & Jordan this makes sense. I am a new user and I am extremely impressed. Most of it is intuitive, far superior to my experience with ProPresenter. The display setup is a snap. This was something I couldn't figure out. I'll be trying to set up the church log at some point. Thanks!

We have an announcements section that cycles through, then a preservice section with a countdown timer. All of that is dependent on the service start time; the process steps through depending on that time.
