I need some help with our virtual output screen. I've installed some lower third graphics that I created. Those graphics are transparent besides the lower third graphic. I've also selected the transparent choice in the background dropdown menu. However, it make the background completely black with my song lyrics down at the bottom. If I have ONLY lyrics in the lower third area with no background lower third graphic, that works fine. Also, if I make a green background instead of transparent on the graphic I make and try to chroma key it in, I can see the camera shot, but the lower third doesn't work. Please help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

  2. In this space it is a Windows computer. I actually wondered if it was a Window's problem. So, are you saying I need to update Windows or make sure that Proclaim is updated?

  3. Well, Jordan, I really appreciate the help. This Windows computer we have in this space has not been used in a year. So, I had about an hour of updates I had to do on it, but once it was finished, it worked like it was supposed to. So, thanks for the heads up!
