I can not get Proclaim to sync. I am on a Mac and have tried a force sync with command + s, but the sync display area is just black and blank. It will sync songs, but not the presentation.

  1. Hi ! What current version of Proclaim are you running on your Mac? Are there any other computers that you are editing this presentation on and are they running into the same problem? I was able to view your presentation and everything synced up properly.

Hi , If this is still an issue I'd advise you follow these steps to make sure you version Proclaim is up to date: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007128092-How-Do-I-Update-my-Proclaim-Software-Manually- You should be on 3.1.0.0063. Additionally you will want to make sure your Mac Operating system is 10.14 or higher per our system requirements.
