Proclaim

anybody else having issues with proclaim not being able to import your own files. I am trying to upload an image that I made and it does nothing. Not a problem a week ago, just updated and now neither the Proclaim or Proclaim media options will allow import. If you click the import button (with background) or the import files in proclaim media, it does nothing (if you wait a minute it will show a spinning color wheel like it is thinking but doesn't ever open the file explorer to allow you to search and import. Running a 2020 MacBook Pro

Sorry. I should have included details. I am on Windows 10 (OS and Proclaim are updated). The problem was a slide created in Proclaim that I then wanted to pull out to use in a FL post. I know I can drag images to Proclaim, but am unaware of the ability to drag from Proclaim. I also am ignorant on finding slide files that Proclaim has rasterized (or that they were available to me). Where are they found?

thanks for the reply! I think your issue might be opposite of Paul’s. So you were unable to share a slide to Faithlife with our share function? Did it make a post but the post was missing the image? The only way to access a rasterized image is to right click on the item and save as an image. Which it sounds like you were able to do?

Earlier today I when I did "Save-As" from Proclaim then "upload" media, I was given an error (which I did not write down). I had the same experience with a JPEG created on my system with CorelDraw. Right now, both methods work fine. If it happens again, I'll do capture on the error. The essence of the message was that the file may not meet file standards.
