I am having trouble uploading a video to proclaim from different computers and on different networks. I keep getting "Failure opening file for upload" messages. I even tried converting the file from mp4 to mov with no success. Any help would be great. PS: It has work for the last three weeks. So, I am not sure what has changed. PSS: I was trying to add the proclaim log file, it uploads but won't attach to this message.

  1. The videos need to be fairly small to upload. I’m not sure what the limits are.

  2. Thanks for the reply. This video is only 116Mb. The previous ones were 230+.

  3. Fixed. There was something wrong with the video... not sure what yet. But I have it working the way it should. I assume it had something to do with the video conversion or compression that I had done to reduce the file size. Went back to the original and it has uploaded.
