Question for discussion - WHO are we being discipled by?
Discipleship isn't really an option; it isn't a conscious binary switch that we flip on of off. We are all being discipled by someone or something. If we haven't made the conscious decision to follow Jesus in every area of our lives, we end up drifting towards something that will eventually influence our hearts. Who or what will it be?

- This article made me think of the State of Theology link that was included in Friday’s newsletter. It’s pretty interesting (and sad) to compare the results of that study from this year to previous years, and see where the Church is being shaped by the culture around it. Also a reminder of the chapter for this week - association. Jesus spent all that time around His followers and the result was they ended up being different than the rest of the culture around them.
