My graphics and videos are no longer syncing as well as they used to. I will upload things at home and when I get to church it's just a white screen no graphic no video. Is there a fix for this?
- Hello, Vaughaligan Walwyn - I would make certain that computers in both locations are up to date with both the Operating System as well as Proclaim. A white screen with no video could be due to loading a video into Proclaim and indicating that it will be used on just that computer. If the video being added to Proclaim is larger than 600 Mb, it should be local to the computer on which Proclaim is going to be run during the service (see our support article below).
