Can someone tell me the difference between "time" and "video timer" especially as they pertain to confidence monitor visibility and settings? I've made several "customized templates" (VERY cool feature), but am still not able to work out how to use these effectively. Help appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi
    Days Admin
. Thanks for reaching out. I'm unclear exactly which feature you're referring to regarding "time", we have "clock" feature and a "timer". Clock shows the current time while On Air. In the template editor, this will always show as 10:00 AM. Timer displays any active confidence timers, recording timers, and countdown clocks. Video Timer will countdown showing how many seconds are left until a video ends. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040038972-Custom-Confidence-Templates

sorry typo... timer and video timer. One seems to work w cues (& can be hidden from congregation view & 1 that is mainly for congregation, but "can" be visible on confidence monitor too. Sorry about that. Lol

, Yeah that's an accurate observation. The timer specifically is an option to show a couple different "timers" that can be added via settings or "add item>cues" some can be congregation facing and others are only confidence monitor facing. The video countdown timer is specific to the confidence monitor and is used as a way to reference how much time will occur before the video ends for whomever is on stage.
