Is there a way to "lock" a presentation so changes can't be made? Or, what do you suggest to prevent people from accidentally making changes? On Sunday, our person running words accidentally deleted a song during the service. Wound up being a bit of a thing trying to get it all on track again.

You could remove that team member from the presentation group so they would just come in before the service and click through the lyrics,

. That's in faithlife.com>your church>the presentation team>team members. You'd check that team member's box then in Actions, choose remove.

I'm not sure I understand. At this point, they are using my log in on the main computer to run lyrics while I lead worship. Should I "invite" them with their own log-in info and then restrict editing from there?

As a temporary measure, you might consider launching proclaim and using Proclaim Remote on a phone or tablet and letting them "control" from there. With the limited options in the Remote App, it would likely be safer. When I do any small group thing, I use the remote app so I am less likely to go astray since my focus is NOT the slides, but presenting. Some folks have had a bad experience with the remote app recently, but we have not. I use it on my Android phone and Fire HD. I think adding a "Volunteer" mode that could only advance slides would be a great addition to Proclaim.
