I keep getting the red 'error occurred synchronization' message. What do I do to fix this? Only been in the job a week so am not all that savvy.. Thanks Heather

We can take a look and see if this is the same issue that Brian mentioned above.
- I had that issue when I got a new computer. It was a privacy issue for me, I had to change it on my settings.
