Apparently the latest update changed some slide formatting in our July 30th presentation and also disabled the Video Input option in settings as our cameras would not connect. The Video Input option is just grayed out and cannot be accessed. How can we access this option to add our cameras back?

    Hello,
    Faith Baptist Church
-- The video option may possibly be grayed out if the operating system is not recognizing a video source. Are there any other apps which give you access to the incoming video stream?

I'm not sure, will have to check the church computer which runs the presentations and get back to you. What might I be looking for--not sure what Windows app might be involved?

Update: I spent 3 hrs recently with a local contractor to resolve our issues. As it turns out, the problems were not directly related to Proclaim 4.0. The problems were with settings in our ATEM Blackmagic software and MAC used for our livestream. The video input option I initially posted about turned out to not be a concern at all, because the PC we use to run Proclaim is the video output source, not input as I initially posted about. After correcting the problems, our livestream worked great this past Sunday. The corrections did result in having to make some additional formatting changes in the Video Feed of our presentations, but nothing too difficult. Thanks to the Faithlife folks for assisting in this.
