Error Message: Failed to fetch media from server. I uploaded some videos and have been having issues all day. What is causing this problem. I have forced quit and restarted several times now.
- Thanks for the report , It looks like you may be in an area with spotty internet, or have some kind of network security or firewall enabled. Please make sure you've got a strong internet connection and that Proclaim is whitelisted. If you continue to have issues, please open up Proclaim, then go to Help > Submit log files. Our support team will take a look and see if we can figure out what's going on.
- Internet is great. Submitted file log. This all started when I uploaded some videos. Now having issues syncing and can't pull in songs with SongSelect.
