Sunday 11-26-2023 Pastor Kennard Weever Sermon: Vision Sunday Scripture: Habakkuk 2:1-3   Transformation is defined as a radical or dramatic change in form. Metamorphosis is the Greek word for transformation. We must prepare, take action, and put work in order for there to be transformation. We must get ready for transformation forward.   Transformation doesn’t occur overnight. Transformation doesn’t erase what you have experienced. You may have to deal with relapses. You may have to revisit relapses, don’t live there. Do you have a plan for change? What is your plan for change?   Proverbs 29: 18 (KJV) states where there is no vision the people perish, but happy is he who keeps the law. When people can’t see what God is doing, they will stumble all over themselves. If you are going to live in the revelation of God, he will give you vision. What God has revealed to you hasn’t changed, what are you doing with it?   If the vision makes sense to you, it is not of God. God takes responsibility for you since he created you. Something different happens when you hit your thirties. It’s 30 something, Transformation Forward. You got to start moving. Your vision must become bigger when you are in your thirties. When you are in your thirties, you have to prepare for your forties.   Many of us are walking around with dead baggage. Ignoring it doesn’t mean you are truly over it. God will bring you back to the same place to see if you are really over it. Transformation may force you to bury dead things. God will test you, and yet develop you.
