Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with something that's been bugging me for a while. Occasionally, an operator types in a song manually and leaves the CCLI song number box empty. When I'm checking auto-reporting has worked, I then have to manually report its use. If I add the CCLI song number into Proclaim, it doesn't save this information on the server, so it's an ongoing issue. Is there a different way I should be doing this? The only thing I have just noticed is that when I look at a song on music.faithlife.logos.com, it says that the songs are saved in a Worship Team which I'm not a member of. All of our operators are in one worship team, but our main admin person has a team all to herself, which seems to contain the songs. Could that be why?
Thanks for your help,
Stuart
- Just looking some more: All operators are members of "Presentation Team". Only the main admin person is a member of "Worship Team".

I'm a Follower of 胡桃河町日系油童教會 of Walnut Creek (CA, USA), NOT a Member. I's recommending the RIAA-spec Metadata for the Songs (the (CCLI Song# nos.) on the same 1st row as the TITLEs; the (Writers), Publishers, and PROs in the 2nd row): Unfortunately that is NOT the case ever since left for another congregation. controls Proclaim in the manner of Microsoft® Office365® PowerPoint™; I attempted to retrofit a Bible reference on a Cross slide, only to have Hamai Sisyō override.
