We are excited to launch this site as Jamestown Assembly of God becomes The Assembly. This name is appropriate as it connects to our identity as an Assemblies of God church. More than that, "Assembly" refers to a group of coming together for a common and united purpose. As a verb, it means to fitting together component parts into a cohesive, functional unit; to put together what has been broken into pieces.
Our prayer is that The Assembly will be a place where the broken and disenfranchised will find healing and wholeness in a community of faith.
