how do I increase the font size? the text block is not responding to the Tt block changes.

  1. Text size in Proclaim is both esoteric and misleading. The text size shown in the Text Size box (usually) bears no relation to the actual text size in a slide. Make sure that the edit box (left) has a blue line round it and then set the size to an illogically small size. From there increase the font size in increments until it meets you needs -- I usually start at 50 and work up in units of 10. Once you get a feel for it it just becomes an annoying anomaly that you have to cope with. I understand most of the developers design decisions but this one just leads me scratching my head.
