Issue that just started. Proclaim is not playing sound effects connected to slides. Videos play with full audio, sound effects appear to send nothing. I am up to date. I've tried adding new/re-adding old sfx: not playing. I've played sfx outside proclaim successfully. Not sure where to go with this.

    We have audio tracks setup in the pre and post service loop. The strange thing is that while it works great on our other computers, it is not working on the computer that is setup to the system for presentations. It used to work fine on it, but quit recently. The thing is...audio from videos in a presentation will playback on the presentation computer but not audio tracks. Any thoughts? Presentation computer = Late 2014 Mac mini | macOS Monterey 12.7.6
