any way to change the template of the blank presentation? (delete the warm-up, or add an intermission for a "service", add more "loop", then go back to "service")

The simple answer is no, you can't change the default structure. But you can adapt it to your church's needs. For example, my church doesn't need the Warm-Up or Post-Service Loop, so those sections are empty. We do have an announcement loop before the service, so that's in the Pre-Service Loop. You will probably have to manually switch from the service to intermission and back again. If you're not using the Post-Service Loop, you could use it for the looping slides. Or you can repeat a group of items in the service section https://support.proclaim.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/19863500268685-Working-with-Service-Items

    Hi
    Keitha Brown
, we have found that the best way to have our service set up properly from week to week is to duplicate the previous week's service each week. As far as adding an intermission loop, there is a workaround. You can add an Image Slideshow to your service. Add your intermission slides to it (and music if you'd like) and then check the box marked Auto-advance slides every ... as is checked in my screenshot. Then the repeat box will be available. This will repeat until someone clicks on any slide that is not part of the Image Slideshow -- the slide right after it, for instance. This could be equivalent to an intermission. I have a feature request that is similar to what you'd like as far as the intermission at this link: https://community.logos.com/discussion/227647/multiple-services#latest Give it your vote if you think it can help your situation.
