    Thank you, Team. I appreciate all the work you put into this, and the following comment does not take away from that -- this is a lot of work. I noticed one admittedly minor issue: It looks like the title for Lesson 10, page 124, didn't get the proper Weekly Lesson Title style applied, so it doesn't show up properly in the Table of Contents. I don't know if I have permission to update the file and upload or whether I should wait for Neal, Andy A, or Alan D to fix and upload.
