  2. Agreed, you can do a Bible search for "speaker:Jesus" and set the range to just Matthew-John. Then you can change the results display to match how you want to view it (Passage, Aligned, Grid, etc.).
  3. Bible Browser can be a good tool for this. Choose "Gospels" from Bible Books -> Common Divisions. Then choose "Jesus Christ" from Reported Speech -> Speakers. You can view by Pericope rather than by Verse if that helps you.
