Hello Proclaim; we had several times that the presentation seemed to reset -- we would lose the songs on the Proclaim Remote but, after about 40 seconds or so, they would return but while that was happening the lyrics would stop playing. This seems to be similar to our previous problem we had been having, but now the songs would reload onto the Remote. Previously we had to go off air and back on again to get this to take place -- so Progress! It seems to have been caused by me making changes to a song -- we are supposed to be able to make changes on the fly, so, while this is better than it had been, but it is still unacceptable. I made no changes during our second service and all worked flawlessly!
- I was having a similar condition this week as well. After fixing a typo the slide would kind of reboot.
