
An interesting hour before our service yesterday - Proclaim started up as usual, took a very long time to complete the sync process and as soon as the icon went green crashed completely. It wouldn’t run again until the software had been uninstalled, the computer restarted and the software reinstalled. But then the same thing happened. After a couple of cycles of this I reverted to a backup computer which was almost up to date and got us through the service, but clicking on the left hand service menu didn’t update what was being sent to the screens. It did update the preview along the bottom, though, and fortunately clicking the slides on that did update the screens so we’re grateful that the two options are available 😊 The main laptop is an HP Probook running fully updated Windows 11 Pro. Will be making sure the backup computer is as up to date as possible before next Sunday!
- The behaviour of the list on the left-hand side is a result of a recent update. However, you can change it back by clicking on Settings > General Then scroll down and click the option that says "Presents first slide of item (legacy behaviour)"
