
After the update to Proclaim earlier this week, I can't get proclaim to open on my office computer. I reinstalled it, and got it to open, but then it closed again on it's own and will not reopen. I then tried a full system reboot and still not cooperating. Any ideas?
- Just to confirm that everything worked fine this morning with the antivirus software removed
- Adrian, we use AVG... on my office laptop. It was working ok in the sound booth and I honestly want to say that they don't have any antivirus running in there (on top of the fact the system is so ancient....). I can't take the anti virus off my computer because it has all the financial info on it... Ugh. Here's hoping it gets fixed and soon.
- I went the back way through my anti virus, told it not to check the files installed for Proclaim, uninstalled proclaim and resinstalled it and now I can work in it. Thanks!
