Proclaim

Because Proclaim 4.12.0.0159 on macOS 15.5 wouldn't open, I renamed the Proclaim folder under ~/Library/Application Support to force it to re-download everything. (I thought the culprit might be a corrupted file.) Proclaim opens now, but is taking a very long time to download ~16 GB (the size of the first Proclaim folder). (Taking about 1 hour to download 4 GBs -- slower than it should be with our internet speed.) When I skip downloading this, Proclaim won't find our most current sets. Is there anyway around this?

Update: I was able to access current sets after it downloaded ~ 3 GBs.

Another update: Proclaim wouldn't open again, but I downloaded Proclaim 4.12.0.0160 and manually installed it … and it worked. <https://faithlife.github.io/ProclaimReleaseNotes/>

Proclaim crashed upon loading the newest update; previously I had been running 4.9 from February. System restore failed to restore it to working order. It still crashes (after reverting to 4.9) before it opens.
