Hi all, Is there a way to disable 'signals' from a particular machine? Let me give you the scenario. We have a 'rolling display' running in our foyer on a PC through a TV, which displays general information and also displays a bible verse, etc. This works splendidly, of course. Our Sunday presentations are run from a separate PC As I'm looking into making more of the functionality of signals within Apps, such as Logos, I find that the announcements PC is showing up, which, trust me, will only cause confusion for our congregation. ;-) I have unchecked the box for signals on the announcements PC slides, but of course the machine still appears in our church list. I could take it off the network, but then I am not able to update the presentation remotely. (As the PC is in the smallest and most inaccessible cupboard imaginable, in the darkest corner of the building, this is not a ready option). Any suggestions, please? A second question might be whether Proclaim Signals may become more customisable? At present, we have the ability to add specific bible verses, hyperlinks etc., but it would be a real bonus to add 'free text' to signals from time to time. Thanks all.

  2. Thanks Carla. Unfortunately this does not address the issue.  I have 2 machines which have different 'Proclaim' purposes. Announcements which runs rolling notices and bible verses pretty much 24/7 using the 'post service' section. This presentation is unique to this machine. This machine has a monitor for the application control, and a TV which is the display.  Our 2nd PC is used for services and meetings only and has application on its own main monitor and the presentation is displayed on the projector.  The 2 pcs have different purposes and run totally separately, with different presentations.  My problem is that anouncements shows up in mobile apps as well as the named presentation on a Sunday morning creating some confusion among the congregation when using their apps.  So, I would like to find a way that 'announcements' doesn't show up in the app at all.  Many thanks.  Aled.

  3. Aled, if you remove the signals from your secondary presentation it should not show up on your congregants' mobile devices. It looks like just one of your service items in the pre-service loops has an announcement signal in it. Removing that should resolve your issue.
