Hi, my name is Andrew. I've just started my free trial for proclaim and I'm having an issue linking with my song select account. I get the error message, "Your account is valid, but is not associated with an organization or your organization(s) does not have access to SongSelect"... Apparently I need an organization (Probably Proclaim?) to send me an access code to link my account. Would anyone be able to offer me some advice on this? Thanks in advance.
- Hi Andrew, Linking up SongSelect with Proclaim does not require an access code. We have information on how to link up your SongSelect account with Proclaim here: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205693945-How-do-I-link-my-SongSelect-account- Following the instructions, you should be only required to input your username and password associated with the SongSelect account to link up with Proclaim. If you're getting an error message, we would recommend contacting SongSelect to check your account (oftentimes a password reset with SongSelect fixes these errors).
- , it sounds like your SongSelect account does not have access to this feature. It's a paid option on SongSelect. I recommend going to their site and checking the details of your subscription.
- Thanks very much for your replies, I will look into it some more. It would be unfortunate if linking songselect was an exclusively paid feature as I'm wanting to test everything out fully before offer this as a media option for our church... Maybe i could also ask here then - Does linking songselect give you easy access to import any song from song select into proclaim? Obviously that's the assumption, but i would love to know it is as easy as it sounds before i present the option to our pastor.
