I have not been able to update Proclaim on my laptop for the past couple of weeks. I get the message "Setup was unable to download a required file." Proclaim has updated fine on the other two computers at church. I have never had a problem updating Proclaim before.
I am using a Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10

Please go to the article at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/desktop/firewall and follow the instructions showing there. When installation or update is referenced, you can run the installer for Proclaim from https://proclaimonline.com/download. This should be all that you need but let us know if you need anything further.
- Thank. I ended up having to do the BITS reset. But then I was able to do the Proclaim update. Thanks again for you help in resolving this matter.
