Though The Christian Year may be his most popular work, Keble was a prolific writer who contributed to the Oxford Movement with his lesser-known books as well. This collection’s three volumes cover theological topics that he found particularly relevant to the church.

In the final work of this collection, Keble undertakes the challenge of translating the force and feeling of the original Hebrew into his own version of The Psalter for use in congregational singing.
