Having trouble downloading to a mac laptop. Windows computers downloaded fine but mac stalls

  2. No installation files. Not my system so I don't know all. It's my sound guy and presentation coordinator. One has an iPad the other has a a MacBook. I use windows. I'm going to forward this conversation to them.

This is the presentation coordinator, my husband, (the sound guy), has a I Mac, attached is what it says when he tries to install it from applications. it will not install on his computer or come up with the icon. He tried multiple times as you can see. On our ipads we have been able to download the program but have not been able to move it into applications to be able to install it.
