This is still happening,
Proclaim
. I believe I will try eliminating one of the tablets next week, but I don't believe the tablets are the culprit. There is a visible flicker in the application before it happens. I sent logs in AGAIN and hope some solution can be found. https://faithlife.com/posts/5749096Faithlife Proclaim - Faithlife
Hello Proclaim;
Someone needs to fix the problem I reported more than 2 weeks ago. Also we had a crash this morning.
First; last week the songs all disappeared from the Proclaim Remotes. I reported this problem more than 2 weeks ago. We use a Samsung Tablet (fully updated to the latest version of the remote) and an iPad Pro (also fully updated). More than 2 weeks ago I asked that SOMEONE FIND A SOLUTION because I was going to be out of town and the volunteers won't know what to do. No one responded beyond asking a couple of questions. PLEASE find a solution. It was suggested that there was a duplicate slide, but no one offered any solution. Proclaim Logs 05262024 attached.
Second; today I was trying to edit the verse order and Proclaim crashed Proclaim Logs June 16 2024 attached.
Which brings me to the last issue the files never completely upload so I am sharing here (screenshot).

- OK, I just sent them from my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. The other Samsung Tablet and the iPad are at the church and I am out of town, so won't be able to get to those anytime soon.
- We've just shipped a fix to address your crash. We also ran into an issue with lyrics similar to what you've described, editing chords while On Air and lyric scrolling is enabled. We weren't able to get that into this latest version, but hopefully we can get a fix for that out soon.
- Thanks, . It would be great if the other issue could have a solution soon. Beginning Sunday, July 14, we will be having services in the park that is adjacent to our building. We use a different computer when we are out there, so if the issue doesn't crop up while we are out there it may help narrow down the cause to that computer. I'll be sure that the park computer has the latest updates. It will be on the same network. As far as editing chords, we don't use that feature -- our worship leader uses printed sheets, but we sometimes edit some items while on air. The issue will crop up when we AREN'T editing. For instance, on Sunday there was a visible flicker during the message, I scrolled up to the songs on the presentation computer the songs appeared to be reloading. We scrolled the timeline on the tablets at that point and the songs were gone. When it happened during the music, I would advance the songs using the computer and go off then on air in between songs to bring them back to the tablets. This didn't affect anything but the songs. We use lyric scrolling on all the songs and the fade transition on the lower thirds.
