. The problem referenced in the link below cropped up again, this time on a different computer. I will submit logs this afternoon. The quote below is what happened back then and again on Sunday, July 21. The only solution to this has been to go off air and back on again, and the tablets are then able to be synced and used again. "First; last week the songs all disappeared from the Proclaim Remotes. I reported this problem more than 2 weeks ago. We use a Samsung Tablet (fully updated to the latest version of the remote) and an iPad Pro (also fully updated). More than 2 weeks ago I asked that SOMEONE FIND A SOLUTION because I was going to be out of town and the volunteers won't know what to do. No one responded beyond asking a couple of questions. PLEASE find a solution. It was suggested that there was a duplicate slide, but no one offered any solution. Proclaim Logs 05262024 attached."

Hello Proclaim; Someone needs to fix the problem I reported more than 2 weeks ago. Also we had a crash this morning. First; last week the songs all disappeared from the Proclaim Remotes. I reported this problem more than 2 weeks ago. We use a Samsung Tablet (fully updated to the latest version of the remote) and an iPad Pro (also fully updated). More than 2 weeks ago I asked that SOMEONE FIND A SOLUTION because I was going to be out of town and the volunteers won't know what to do. No one responded beyond asking a couple of questions. Second; today I was trying to edit the verse order and Proclaim crashed Proclaim Logs June 16 2024 attached. Which brings me to the last issue the files never completely upload so I am sharing here (screenshot).

    Thanks for the updated Proclaim and Remote logs. I can see the Remote crash. We'll get a case created to look into it closer. As far as your lyrics disappearing, I'm having a hard time getting that to happen for me. Your logs show you're connected to your presentation computer via a Local Wifi connection, and you're on a version of Proclaim that has our recent attempts to mitigate this issue. It seems like you're able to get this regularly. You mentioned that you got this on a different computer. Are you still getting this on the original computer? And, are you able to reproduce this behavior on another network? I'm sorry for the continued trouble here. It sounds super frustrating, and we really are trying to get to the bottom of it.

    , we meet in the park that is adjacent to our building during the summer and that is a different computer. I can attach the logs to this conversation this evening (it is not running at the moment so I can access it remotely). BUT, last Sunday (July 28) smoke from a forest fire was so bad that we met inside the building. The logs attached to this conversation (Proclaim Logs July 28 2024) are from our regular computer. The probability that it is our network is starting to be most likely, but I have no idea what I should look for ---
