Follow- I just imported a PowerPoint file (on Mac so the conversion is done by Keynote) as images, and was shocked at the quality. I found Keynote is exporting at 960x540 pixels, and there seems no way change that. I have done the import via Keynote previously and not noticed any issues. Has Keynote been crippled recently, or have I just been unaware? Fortunately I was able to export the slides from PowerPoint, and could specify the desired resolution.
- OK, I found that in Keynote you can specify the slide size, but this seems to default to 960x540. And that's what the Proclaim import will use. So open the file in Keynote, set the slide size, export to images and import the images into Proclaim. So much for automation!

I'm getting a larger projector for 篠田乃堂 ShinoDa Hall, 胡桃河市日系基督教會 of Walnut Creek (CA, USA). I anticipate classical Yashar-Eli and modern Hellenic for a virtual 神棚 Kamudana: חן עלכם ושלום ביהוה אבון ובאדנון ישוע משיחו Χάρις ὑμιν καὶ ειρήνη απὸ Θᴇᴏʏ Πατρὸυ ήμων καὶ Κυρίου Ίησου Χριστου. on the screen.
- Having issues getting Proclaim to work with Light Key sending Midi notes. Proclaim is on Microsoft Computer and Light Key is on Mac Mini computer. Using rtpMidi on the PC The port 5004 is open and you can see both computers but Light key doesn't appear as an option in Proclaim Add Control/Midi drop-down box
- Did you link the computers via rtpMidi? Did the connection stay?
- Yes I was able to link computers using rtpMidi on the PC. What I discovered which enabled Proclaim slide to activate light key was to change the setting for live bindings on the Mac. I had the wrong thing selected in the drop down box. I changed it to light key and it works. What I want to do now is to have the midi setup on the Mac run on start up. Which I believe can be done using a launch script
- Does anyone know where to find the embedded CCLI code in Proclaim?
- Is there a way to organize the list of Boards in Proclaim? It would be great to be able to alphabetize it!
- Unfortunately, there is no way to rearrange the list of boards at this time. This feature has been requested several times. This search shows most of those requests. Please upvote as many of them as you'd like! https://community.logos.com/search?domain=all_content&query=boards&scope=site&source=community
- I am programming for this weekend. We use NSRV for our bible verses, but it does not appear in the options! It looks as though I am able to buy the NSRV version, but I had this available to me last week - did my office manager miss a payment, or has there been a change?
- Similar experience a few weeks ago. If you scroll way down on the different versions you do find NRSV "Updated Edition" as a useable option. Hope this helps.
- Logos no longer has a license to sell that version of the bible. They sent out an email about it. If you already own it you're fine. As far as using it in Proclaim, I would assume your issue has something to do with that.

Thanks for the abort due to license expiration. I'm waiting on digitization of
- Yesterday we went through rehearsal without any issues, all slide text lined up correctly, made a couple of changes to song form, etc. so all was good. Or so we thought. The service started, we got to the second song, and the slides were black. No text, no background. Went into edit mode, background and text were present. Exited edit mode, back to black. Not much we could do at that point except let it go and ignore the looks we were getting. No problems anywhere else in the presentation. When the service was over, went back to the song and did a copy/paste. The pasted version worked fine. We're using the latest available version of Proclaim on an Intel Mac. Any ideas what may have caused this behavior?
- Thanks for the report , and sorry for the disruption. Could you please submit your logs from the computer that had the issue? We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what's up.
- 'Ignore the Looks...haha...' Seriously, it is a very uncomfortable feeling, isn't it? We sometimes have this happen...and it seems, in our case, to be spotty wifi. When that has happened, we have taken it back in the office to resync but I realize that might not work well during service. We also use a Macbook Pro Intel. I hope you are able to find a solution...Grace & Peace...
- "You don’t have to edit and publish your sermon immediately. Proclaim saves recorded sermons so you can access them later. Expand the Recordings dropdown to find previously recorded sermons." - Where do I find the previous recordings? I only see one when I click the "Recordings" button at the top.
- I think they are tied to the presentation. In order to see a different recording you have to open that presentation back up.
- You can also find your past recordings in the Content/Sermons section of your Faithlife group on-line.
- Hey first time using this chat group. Just wondering if I can run Proclaim via a MacBook that is remote to the main computer running all of the media (via proclaim)? Would love some help on how... I know how to use it via an iPad, but we need that iPad for sound engineering on the floor.
- I did not think that you could, but have just downloaded the Proclaim app to m Macbook Pro and it did connect and control the presentation. The Macbook would need to be Apple Silicon, rather than an Intel model. You could also use something like Teamviewer or Anydesk to connect to the remote computer and control it that way. You can use a phone as well to control the presentation. It does not need to be an iPad.
- Just to add further, it is better to be on the same network - the remote app is quicker
- We use RemotePC which works well and prices most reasonably. Why I chose it? It allows at the minimum subscription level multiple users to log on to the same PC. I think you can imagine the value of that. It isn't a unique feature, but the price point with them is best for that necessity. There are "no cost" options besides a subscription product, but we didn't explore those. We have used SplashTop too if you ever only will have one device connecting to your one media presenter PC. More than that and SplashTop starts to get too expensive. TeamViewer is awesome but probably will begin to be more $ than your need. All require a fairly techy process to setup, but nothing too hard. Just mfa kind of stuff. Good luck!
- Good morning and thank you in advance for the help. I lost the audio on my MAC for Proclaim. I must have hit something that has turned it off. The audio works on everything else. And I can test the speakers out through Proclaim - So I know I have audio in the program. Thanks!
- Check that you have not turned the volume down in Proclaim - which is only ever able to be seen and controlled when you are on an item with audio and in preview or on air mode. If it is not this, check the sound output settings on your Mac and ensure Proclaim is sending audio to the correct output.
